1. Monitor & ensuring all store are operating as per Standard Operation Procedure & Guideline.
2. Manage & ensure operational efficiency in each store.
3. SOS to review & work for improving of enthusiastic and professional standard of customer service.
4. Providing leadership by example & direction to all employees.
5. Manage inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals
6. SOS on the implementation of his direction for performance improvement or solve problems.
7. SOS on ensuring team have clear understanding of their goals & work out for success.
8. Recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing, results driven Associates
9. Coach, monitor, and develop team members for improved performance and recognize excellent performance.
10. SOS to conduct performance appraisals for and coach development of staff on a regular basis.
11. Assist SOM to coordinate & manage annual stock take follow procedure & completion.

Education/ Học vấn: College and above, high school if more than 3 years experience in store operation in general
Experience/ Kinh nghiệm: minimum 2 years in store operation in general
Knowledge/ Kiến thức: SKU management, Basic computer proficiency(Microsoft Office), Basic competency in Mathematics, Stock take, Product Knowledge
Foreign language/ Ngoại ngữ: English
Skills/ Kỹ năng: Interpersonal communication, Customer service, Leadership, Multitasking, Time management, Sales skill, Result oriented
