Travel And Tourism Sales Staff

Receive, advise, monitor and close customers with travel needs from data sources provided by the Company.

• Provide online customer consultation even outside office hours.
• Master product and program knowledge to advise customers.
• Actively build NMX Travel's image/brand, seek new customers, maintain relationships with old/potential customers.
• Customer care before and during the tour, support Tour Leader to handle arising problems.
• Introduce and advise customers on information related to the company's tourism products.
• Provide information, prices, travel schedules to customers.
• Providing information, procedures and documents for visa application to various countries.
• Convince customers to choose products and services with your professional skills.
• Perform activities related to prospecting.
• Record customer feedback, questions, and complaints and handle them promptly within our capabilities.
• Update information related to procedures, prices, and promotions promptly for customers.

Working time:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 17:30
• Saturday: 8:30 – 12:30

Main working location: 15, Nguyen Luong Bang Street, Dist 7, Tp Hcm.

Have experience in Tourism Sales 2-3y, Have specialized knowledge in Tourism

• Graduated from high school or higher in tourism related university
• Computer skills: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheet, Word/Google Doc, drafting contracts, basic brochure design...
• Professional competence: Understanding of foreign tourism products & markets
• Personal qualities: Quick, confident, hard-working, careful, effective teamwork; honest, enthusiastic, able to withstand work pressure.
