    Job Summary: The Training Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees across various levels. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing training strategies, monitoring training effectiveness, and supporting HR projects to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Orientation Programs:

    • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring they are well-acquainted with company policies, procedures, and culture.

    2. Refreshing Training Programs:

    • Organize and manage refreshing training sessions to update existing employees on the latest company practices and policies.

    3. Soft Skills Training:

    • Develop and implement soft skills training programs tailored for:
    • Middle Management
    • Supervisors
    • Manager Levels
    • Train the Trainer Programs

    4. Audit Work:

    • Conduct audits to assess the quality and effectiveness of training programs, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

    5. Performance Development Review (PDR) Goal Setting:

    • Assist in setting and aligning PDR goals with organizational objectives, facilitating employee growth and performance.

    6. Women Leadership Program (WLP) and Supervising Skill Training (SST):

    • Manage and support WLP/SST initiatives to promote continuous learning and skills enhancement.

    7. Training Policy Development:

    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of training policies that align with company standards and regulatory requirements.

    8. Technical Training Coordination:

    • Collaborate with technical trainers to develop training programs for the AAMT training center.
    • Ensure the Operators (Sewer) Skill Inventory Program is conducted annually to maintain skill standards.
    • E-learning Platform Development:
    • Build and manage the company’s E-learning platform, developing online training programs that support flexible and accessible learning.

    10. Training Monitoring and Method Consultation:

    • Oversee all training sessions, ensuring that teaching methods are appropriate and effective.
    • Provide consultation to invited speakers on teaching methods and course delivery.

    11. Annual Training Master Plan Design:

    • Based on Training Need Analysis, design the annual Training Master Plan, including modules and programs aimed at improving employees’ skills, abilities, and knowledge.

    12. Training Material Preparation and Updates:

    • Prepare training materials and ensure they are continuously updated to comply with buyer and legal requirements.

    13. Additional Duties:

    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager, including recruitment-related activities and administrative support.

    14. Recruitment Support:

    • Assist with recruitment tasks such as searching CVs, posting job advertisements, and contacting candidates.

    15. HR Project Support:

    • Support various HR projects as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR department.

    16. Continuous Improvement:

    • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training processes, materials, and overall effectiveness.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of training methods, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with E-learning platforms.
    • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
    • Strong analytical skills to evaluate training needs and outcomes.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

    Personality:

    • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
