    Mô tả công việc

    1/ Training Program Development:

    • Collaborate with the product development team and other stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives

    • Design and develop training curricula, materials, and assessments that align with the identified needs and objectives

    • Create a variety of training content, such as user guides, video tutorials, webinars, and in-person workshops

    • Ensure that training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with the latest platform features and best practices

    ​2/ Training Delivery:

    • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for end-users, tailoring the content and delivery to the audience's needs and skill levels

    • Facilitate interactive learning experiences that encourage participation, knowledge retention, and skill application

    • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to end-users as needed to ensure their success with the platforms

    • Manage the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, equipment setup, and participant communication

    3/ Training Evaluation and Improvement:

    • Develop and administer post-training assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs

    • Gather and analyze feedback from end-users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement

    • Continuously update and refine training materials and methods based on feedback and changes to the platforms

    • Monitor and report on key training metrics, such as participation rates, satisfaction scores, and skill acquisition

    4/ Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner with the product development team to stay informed about new features, updates, and bug fixes

    • Work with the customer support team to identify common user issues and incorporate solutions into training programs

    • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align training initiatives with overall company goals and strategies

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with end-users and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

    5/ Professional Development:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in technical training and instructional design

    • Participate in relevant industry conferences, workshops, and online courses to enhance skills and knowledge

    • Share insights and expertise with colleagues and contribute to the development of the training team

    Required Competencies

    • Proven experience in technical training, instructional design, or a related field

    • Strong understanding of our platforms and their functionalities

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

    • Proficiency in creating training materials using various tools,

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    • Willingness to travel as needed to conduct in-person training sessions.

    • Adaptability: Adapting training methods and materials to suit end-users different learning styles and technical skill levels.

    • Patience: The patience to work with end-users who may struggle with learning new technologies or have varying levels of technical expertise.

    • Creativity: The creativity to develop engaging and interactive training materials that keep end-users interested and motivated.

    • Technical writing: Strong technical writing skills to create clear, concise, and easy-to-follow documentation and user guides.

    • Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with end-users and foster a positive learning environment.
