Trainer Specialist

1. Responsible for implementing the training plan for mobile phone and AIOT products, empowering the business team to fully grasp product knowledge through the development and management of product related sales s, learning cards, videos, etc.

3. Follow up on sales data, monitor changes in the front-line market, develop and optimize training courses, develop more reasonable learning maps, and promote the implementation of training to ensure its practicality and effectiveness;

4. Develop training plans and implement them, promote customer cooperation willingness and satisfaction, enhance the sales ability and brand recognition of customer teams;

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of sales/business management or product training experience in smartphone industry, good teaching ability;

2. Proficient in using Office, with good courseware development skills and excellent public speaking abilities;

3. Having good organizational and coordination skills, able to coordinate and execute various meetings and cross departmental resource coordination;
