Support the recruitment process for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Support hiring managers and collecting documents for new-hire probation evaluations
Maintain and update the recruitment reports and dashboards
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support internal transfer process.
Assist in developing and executing employer branding campaigns
Support in organizing and participating in career fairs, university engagement programs, and industry events
Create engaging content (videos, testimonials, etc.) showcasing Piaggio’s culture, people, and career opportunities
Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, employee engagement, and training programs
Contribute to HR reporting and compliance with labor regulations
Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness

Final year or fresh graduate students
Commit to work 6 months
Good communication and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented and can-do mindset
Familiarity with recruitment tools and social media platforms
Creative mindset with ability to craft compelling employer brand messages
Strong use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), design & video editing tools
Good command of Vietnamese and English

Competitive internship allowance: 250,000 VND/day, about 5,000,000-5,500,000 VNĐ/month
