Mô tả công việc:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Sales to join our team. This position will focus on developing distributor networks, driving business growth, supporting partners and customers, and implementing effective sales strategies across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.


1. Business Development & Sales Execution

• Search for and approach potential distributors; develop sales in target channels.

• Develop and implement sales strategies in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

• Follow up with customers, negotiate terms, and close deals; prepare revenue reports.

• Support business development for customers, including client visits and joint marketing activities.

• Align with partners on annual and quarterly sales plans and corresponding bonuses.

2. Customer Engagement & Technical Support

• Establish business relationships and conduct negotiations with customers.

• Identify current and potential customer needs; create and maintain a customer database.

• Prepare proposals, solutions, quotations, and other pre-sales documentation.

• Organize technical seminars for customer staff to increase awareness of product capabilities and applications.

3. Analysis & Strategic Planning

• Plan the development of partner sales in the short and medium term by product category.

• Analyze partner sales performance and actively work to meet target indicators.

• Review partner warehouse matrix; propose regional stock programs and recommend product range expansion.

• Analyze competing brands within the partner’s portfolio and develop effective competitive strategies.

• Conduct target market analysis and build efficient market penetration plans.

4. Execution Monitoring & Reporting

• Manage and monitor the implementation of commercial plans to ensure defined sales volumes and profitability.

• Track sales goals and report results as required.

• Conduct market segmentation, provide market intelligence, and ensure information transparency.

• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Headquarter

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B technical sales or distributor management.

• Strong technical background and understanding of product applications.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Fluent in English.

• Willingness to travel domestically and within Southeast Asia.
