Tax Lead

• Oversee end-to-end tax compliance and filings for the Vietnam entity

• Support tax compliance and filings for other entities within the group

• Work closely with the Accounting Operations team to ensure:

• Accurate recording of revenue and expenses for compliance, tax, and audit purposes

• Systematic document filing and preparation for financial audits, internal control, and tax audits if applicable

• Lead tax planning activities to ensure both compliance and tax optimization

• Coordinate with other teams and cross-functional departments on tax-related matters to ensure operational efficiency and compliance

• Collaborate with auditors and internal control teams for audit and review purposes

• Perform other tasks as assigned by managers

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Auditing, or related fields

• ACCA, CPA, or other professional qualifications are a plus

• Big 4 auditing or professional tax agency experience is favorable

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; detail-oriented and diligent

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure with cross-functional teams
