Talent Acquisition Executive

Store recruitment in charge:

• Be in charge of mass recruitment for CVS operations based on weekly and monthly requests including screening CVs, interviewing, handling job offers, and onboarding process in order to reach recruit target (%) and budget;
• Work closely with the hiring manager to understand the operation and current situation of store staff;
• Track and make reports to optimize conversion rate for CSR recruitment;
• Analyze and make recruitment plan & campaign to achieve TA’s goal;
• Work closely with EB Team to ensure sourcing data for CSR;
• Guide, train new members to perform and reach TA’s KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field;
  Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
• At least 1 years of experience in FnB, CVS and chain store mass recruitment. (Must)
• Interviewing skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Good sense of caring people and company culture;
• Can-do attitude, result-oriented, eager to learn and quick adaption;
• Strong passion for HR;
• Good task management.

100% salary in 2 months of probation.
