Supply Excellence Talent (SET) is the biggest AB InBev’s talent program for Manufacturing & Supply Chain fields, which aims to attract and develop outstanding STEM background graduates to help them grow rapidly into future experts and leaders through comprehensive and effective training & coaching, broad & ample career development opportunities, and sustained high-level attention from management.

What to expect when joining SET 2025:

- One-year paid training program.

- Structured rotation & training across functional in specific operations teams, personal development areas and leadership challenging projects.
