    Mô tả công việc

    Shopfloor & Sales Management

    • Plan daily tasks for shopfloor, fitting room, and cash desk.
    • Motivate the team to increase sales and meet/exceed budgets.
    • Communicate daily with management regarding personnel, product, and procedures.
    • Maintain standards throughout the day and at closing.

    Team Management

    • Lead and motivate the team, ensuring proper training and development.
    • Support team retention and performance management.

    Customer Service

    • Ensure high customer service levels and resolve issues as needed.
    • Reinforce company return policy and support product knowledge.

    Health and Safety

    • Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure safety practices. Communicate incidents to senior management.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail chains (Big brands).

    • Or candidates with over 1 year of Shopfloor & Sales Management experience, and English proficiency, in Food and Beverage or Hospitality chains.

    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

    • Passion for fashion.
