Mô tả công việc
- Managing activities
- Discussing assignments and giving directions and instructions.
- Looking after a correct task execution quality and quantity wise. Answering questions and solving issues.
- Looking after a correct and efficient usage of materials and tools.
- Coordinating and looking after the execution of working activities by hired workers.
Finalized steelwork, welding and assembly activities.
- Looking after the realization of steelwork, welding and assembly activities for the benefit of a build number follow the budgets.
- - Looking after the timely presence of (helping) tools, materials, and parts. Discussing irregularities and deficits with the storage room and/or the purchasing department, business office, and engineering.
- Setting up the necessary equipment, materials and drawings that are needed for the concerning build number, using a forklift if necessary.
- Checking employee work activities based on drawings and materials. Signaling deviations and giving instructions.
- Enabling the maintenance department in the case of equipment failure.
Project progress: Looking over project process including steelwork, welding and assembly activities:
- Monitoring progress of steelwork, welding and assembly activities and keeping and managing the planning.
- Discussing the required capacity with the department leader on a weekly basis.
- Discussing the progress during construction meetings with construction drawers and leads of other disciplines lead by the project manager
- Syncing the work activities between leads of other disciplines.
Looking after staff members affairs: Looking after staff members’ affairs of the appointed employees.
- Appointing leaves and vacations.
- Taking care of the daily hour-management, registering presence and absent on digital hour cards.
- Managing job functioning interviews and advising the department leader on salary increases and the functioning of employees.
- Signalling and finding out whether employees want to partake in further education, and discussing said needs with the department leader.
- Promoting a pleasant working atmosphere.
Other contributions: Carrying out additional tasks.
- Advising the Production Manager about necessary investments and purchasing of new equipment and tools.
- Keeping track of the profile/plate inventory. Registering usage and making sure timely deliveries are made.
- Adhering to company- and work regulations (including QA&E, HS&E and Employee Manual regulations).

- Education: Technique-related university diploma
- English is a must
- Experience:3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
