A. Sales & Client Acquisition
- Build and expand a network of potential clients, includingbrands, agencies, KOLs, e-
commerce platforms, businesses, and retail storesin need oflivestream and studio
rental services.
- Consult clients on effective livestream strategiesto optimize their online sales
performance.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, identifyingupselling & cross-
sellingopportunities.
- Collaborate with theproduction and operation teamsto ensure top-quality livestream
and studio rental services.
- Conductpitching sessions and solution presentationsfor potential clients.
B. Deal Closing & Contract Negotiation
- Take charge ofnegotiating and finalizing contractswith clients.
- Ensure all agreementsmaximize profitabilitywhile meeting client needs.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline usingCRM tools, tracking potential
opportunities.
C. Sales Process Management & Revenue Growth
- Meetindividual revenue targetsand contribute to overallteam sales goals.
- Trackcustomer data, conversion rates, and analyze campaign performance to
optimize sales strategies.
- Stay updated onlivestream market trends, assesscompetitors, and propose
strategies for service expansion.
- Suggestimprovements in livestream and studio rental servicesto attract more
clients.
D. Partnership/Clients Management
- Supporting build-up partnership program effectively
- Keep contact & build up relationship with potential partners
A. Required Qualities & Skills
- Strategic thinking– Ability to plan, assess the market, and develop growth strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills– Capable of closing beneficial deals for both the company
and clients.
- Relationship-building expertise– Skilled in networking and maintaining relationships
with major clients.
- Livestream & e-commerce knowledge– Understanding of livestream operations and
performance optimization.
B. Experience & Expertise
- Minimum3-5 years of experienceinSales/Business DevelopmentwithinLivestream,
Studio, Media, Event, or E-commerce industries.
- Astrong network of connectionswithbrands, agencies, KOLs, and e-commerce
platformsis a huge advantage.
- Proficiency inCRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)for sales tracking and
optimization.
- Experience working withKOLs/KOCsand brand marketing strategies.
- Knowledge ofdigital content production, livestreaming on Facebook, TikTok, Shopee
Live, Lazada Live, YouTube.
- Base salary: Negotiable based on experience.
- Commission per closed deal, based on project value.
