Job Summary – (Role Summary)

• Spa Therapist is responsible for the delivery of an efficient, friendly and results-driven spa experience and one who can exhibit an excellent and consistent level of customer service. You are the ‘spa experience’ that guests will have as they entrust themselves in your capable and expert hands, so you will be expected to execute treatments, engage guests in consultation and repartee, while making them feel as if they have entered a completely different environment from the one they came from.

Required Skills –

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers

Qualifications –

• Massage Certificate
• 6 months related or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
