Software Tech Lead (Japanese Speaking) _Đà Nẵng

- Lead team to deliver quality software.
- Align technical strategy with global CTO.
- Build agile, collaborative team culture.
- Oversee architecture and tech decisions.
- Promote DevOps and trunk-based dev.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent.
- Work closely with Vietnam & Japan teams.

Must-have
- Japanese N2 level
- 8+ years of experience in web application development
- Experience with system design and requirements definition
- Experience managing other developers

Nice-to-have
- Bridge SE experience (Japan–Vietnam)
- Familiar with CakePHP, Rails, Vue.js
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, SRE
- Project/team leadership experience
- Experience with AI tools and features
