2. Research & Insight Development
Conduct market research, cultural immersion, and audience analysis to uncover deep and actionable insights.
Analyze trends, data, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic planning and creative direction.
3. Client Consultation & Strategic Advisory
Act as a trusted strategic partner to clients—providing clear recommendations aligned with their business goals.
Participate in workshops, presentations, and high-level meetings to consult on strategic direction.
Work with Account teams to identify upselling opportunities and enhance client engagement.
4. Collaboration & Team Leadership
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Account, Creative, Production) to develop and execute proposals and campaigns.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, timeliness, and strategic consistency.
Supervise, guide, and mentor junior planners or project team members (if any).
