Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Manage and respond to sales inquiries from various platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Messenger).
•⁠ ⁠Handle direct leads. No need for cold calling.
•⁠ ⁠Master product knowledge to effectively identify clients’ needs and address
queries.
•⁠ ⁠Prepare sales quotations, schedules, work orders and invoicing
•⁠ ⁠Identify sales opportunities and handle after-sales feedback
•⁠ ⁠Support other required administrative tasks.

•⁠ ⁠We value proactive, team-oriented individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and sales performance.
•⁠ ⁠At least 3 -5 years experience/track records in Sales representative or customer service
•⁠ ⁠At least 8 years of working experience
•⁠ ⁠Strong ability to resolve customer complaints and maintain satisfaction.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
•⁠ ⁠Good in English (written and spoken)
•⁠ ⁠Advantage if have prior international work experience
•⁠ ⁠Advantage if speak Mandarin
