Position Title: Senior Sales Executive – B2B
Report to: National Business Development Manager
Location: Ha Noi/Hai Phong/Bac Ninh
Position Objectives:
The position is responsible for expanding distributor/end user network in the North of Vietnam to achieve sales target within sales expense budget. This includes managing existing and new customer relationships; driving new accounts development and wallet share expansion in existing accounts; channel management and development.
Position Responsibilities:
Key Role Accountabilities:
• Partners with distributors to develop joint business plans (JBP) to achieve distributor targets, and partner with end users, marketing and innovation teams to identify and seize new business opportunities.
• Expand distributor and end user network to capture unmet needs in the market
• Sets revenue targets and drives execution of business plans to achieve sales goals. Uses Salesforce to manage overall pipeline of business.
• Embraces digital technology, models how to leverage digital selling tools.
• Advocates for and leverages K-C's vision of the future (e.g., innovation roadmap, eComm strategies) with distributors/ partners.
1. Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree is a plus
2. >3 years of business development or sales experience at multiple-national companies with distributor and key account management experience
3. Knowledge and experience in Horeca channel is preferred.
4. Existing distributor network in industrial segment is a plus
5. Fluent in verbal English

3. Proven experience in managing and influencing executive level relationships (internal and external)
4. Demonstrable skills and proficiency in personal computer systems and applications
