Senior Sales Engineer

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their energy needs.

• Prepare and present technical proposals and solutions that meet client requirements.

• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the energy sector.

• Assist in the preparation of bids and contracts for energy projects.

• Provide technical support during all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Attend industry events to network and promote Thuận Hải Energy's offerings.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering or a related field, preferably in the energy sector.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• Strong technical understanding of energy solutions and project management.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.

• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and project oversight.
