Mô tả công việc

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.
Source, screen, and engage with senior-level candidates through a variety of channels such as networking, social networks, and referrals.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
Provide consultative support to clients, offering market insights and recruitment best practices.
Support negotiate complex offers between clients and candidates, ensuring mutual agreement on terms.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for senior and executive roles.
Identify new business opportunities, expand client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition with a strong track record of placing senior or executive-level candidates.
Expertise in delivering on recruitment mandates.
Strong business development skills with a focus on expanding networks and client portfolios.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
Preferably English communication skill
