Senior Operation/Documents

1. For Import or Export shipments, Create and complete shipment details in the internal operation system.

2. Preparing and reviewing all necessary Import or Export DOCS.

3. Submit VGM, AMS, ISF, ENS on time without fault. Confirm and Issue INV, B/L to customers.

4. Coordinate with all relative parties to ensure cargo delivery on time.

5. During the operation, pay attention to the rationality of costs, reduce the rate of mistakes, and ensure no additional expenses are incurred.

6. Supporting office daily job and manage office equipment.

7. Checking employee attendance and the relative Docs management.
