I. Job Role
• Support the Director of Human Resources in building the organizational structure,
developing and implementing programs and processes for human resource management,
while working with departments and employees to develop and implement effective human
resource management plans.
II. Responsibilities
1. Build the organizational structure of the Company and Departments: Organizational
structure (OC), Scope of work (SOW), Job title list (JTL), standard level, Headcount plan,
Workforce planning, Job description (JD), Competency framework.
2. Develop processes and policies related to organizational development.
3. Develop and implement employee performance management system (PMS).
4. Build and manage the implementation of labor standards and labor allocation.
5. Develop and implement talent assessment programs, develop a roadmap, and provide
talent development training.
6. Develop and manage competency frameworks for positions.
7. Perform reporting tasks.
8. Perform other reporting tasks as required.
9. Perform other tasks as required by direct management.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in majors' business administration, human resources, systems, or related fields.
2. Knowledge: Expert knowledge in Performance Management, Organizational Structure, Talent Management.
⦁ General knowledge of building Job Description, Competency Framework.
⦁ Laws related to labor management (labor law, union law)
⦁ Having knowledge in Human Resources, Community Development, Society, Event Organization; Culture, Communication;
3. Professional experience: Experience: 05 years in real estate or Hi-end and luxury segments are preferable and working for Multinational companies is a plus.
4. Specific skills/ Other requirements:
⦁ Proficient in MS Office.
⦁ Good use of English at work and communication
⦁ Good communication and presentation skills
⦁ Negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, collaboration, management skills.
⦁ Professional understanding of internal communication activities, organizational culture of large and prestigious organizations
