Senior Merchandiser

Key Role:

Manage the full merchandising process from material planning (based on CMPT method), through garment production, to export and shipment. Ensure alignment between customer requirements, production schedules, and shipment deadlines using a CMPT-based approach.

Develop and manage production schedules based on order specifications

Plan and coordinate CMPT (trims, labels, threads, etc.) and fabric consumption

Follow up on material delivery, approvals, and production readiness

Monitor production progress and troubleshoot delivery or quality issues

Coordinate sample development, approvals, and pre-production processes

Handle buyer communication for T\&A, booking, and delivery plans

Ensure smooth execution from production to final shipment

Minimum 5 years of experience as a merchandiser in a garment manufacturing environment

Skilled in various industrial sewing machines and settings

Strong problem-solving and on-site support capabilities

Ability to train and communicate effectively with operators

Preference given to candidates fluent in English or Korean
