About the Role: As a Senior Media Executive at Zeta Media, you will lead a team of Media Executives and play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital optimization efforts. Your primary focus will be to oversee the development and execution of advanced digital campaign strategies, ensuring maximum performance for our clients. You will also contribute to the growth and development of our multifaceted digital optimization team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Plan, prepare, and refine pitching decks and materials that effectively communicate Zeta Media's value proposition and unique offerings
• Represent Zeta Media in client pitches, delivering persuasive presentations and demonstrating our expertise in media performance and digital marketing
• Develop and implement sophisticated digital media strategies that address clients' complex challenges and drive measurable results
• Oversee the creation and management of comprehensive media plans, including budget allocation and resource optimization
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and providing strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Drive innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging advanced analytics to uncover valuable insights
• Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing solutions that maximize client success

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful performance marketing campaigns
• Deep expertise in marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics, with the ability to derive actionable insights and drive results
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for developing innovative solutions to complex challenges
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other advanced digital marketing certifications
