Provide assistance in the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, policies, and regulations
Conduct a thorough review of legal documents and identify any potential legal risks, providing well-informed advice and recommendations accordingly
Collaborate with external legal counsel to ensure the university's strict adherence to legal requirements, and to provide support in the management of legal disputes and litigation
Guarantee that the university's activities remain in compliance with current legal regulations, including both commercial and criminal law
Conduct research and analysis of legal issues and documents that may have an impact on the university, and offer insightful recommendations to the institution
Maintain accurate and current legal documents and records
Coordinate and organize legal meetings and ensure the timely preparation of necessary meeting materials
Support the university in managing correspondence and exchanging legal information with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in negotiations and provide legal counsel in resolving disputes pertaining to the university's activities
Keep abreast of the latest legal developments related to the university's activities

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Law
Strong knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations relevant to the industry or field of the employer.
Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify legal risks and provide effective recommendations.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts and advice to others
Experience drafting legal documents and contracts.
Familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
