    The day-to-day activities:

    • Pitch & win clients for CRM & Loyalty solution.
    • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
    • Analyzing client needs, ideating, and developing business proposal to meet the client’s needs.
    • Work with internal teams to implement solutions with clients.
    • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
    • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales and Business Development: Drive the sales process by presenting our CRM Loyalty Platform solutions to potential clients and partners. Negotiate agreements, contracts, and partnerships to secure new business.
    • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and distributors in Vietnam markets.
    • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients to ensure their success with our solutions.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
    • Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for product and service expansion in Vietnam markets.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on international market development activities, sales performance, and revenue growth.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on international business development progress.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Bachelor's degree in business, international relations, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
    • At least 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales B2B.
    • Fluent in Vietnamese and English is a must.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
    • Strong understanding of global markets and business cultures.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute market entry strategies.
