Senior Backend Developer (Java, ReactJS)

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Backend Developer with extensive experience in Java,

SQL (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgresDB), ReactJS, API, concurrency, on-premise, and on-

cloud technologies. Familiarity with AI implementation in software development and

domain experience in healthcare and education will be considered a major

advantage. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of developers,

design, develop, test, and debug responsive web and mobile applications, and

contribute to our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing, developing, and testing backend components in Java, including

applications, services, APIs, databases, and scripts.

2. Managing and optimizing SQL server, MySQL, and PostgresDB databases.

3. Implementing concurrency patterns and optimizing backend performance.

4. Developing high-quality code that is maintainable, efficient, reliable, and

secure.

5. Leading and mentoring a team of developers, setting coding standards and

practices.

6. Troubleshooting and debugging applications, services, and databases.

7. Evaluating and utilizing appropriate backend technologies for on-premise and

cloud environments.

8. Implementing AI technologies and tools to optimize backend processes and

improve application performance, if experienced.

9. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new

features.

10.Understanding the intricacies of the healthcare and education domains and

developing solutions that cater to their unique needs.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a backend developer, with extensive knowledge in Java, SQL (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgresDB), ReactJS, API, concurrency, on-premises, and on-cloud.

3. Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.

4. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

5. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.

7. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

8. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

9. Experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, or related fields is a plus.

10. Domain experience in healthcare and/or education is highly desirable.
