(SENIOR) ASSOCIATE RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT (NEW PRODUCT)/ CHUYÊN VIÊN NGHIÊN CỨU - PHÁT TRIỂN (SẢN PHẨM MỚI)

Research and develop new materials, chemicals, packaging and products; improve and develop the technological process according to the trend of efficiency, convenience and safety; maintain the compliance with the technological process of beer production in the whole system.

Nghiên cứu phát triển các nguyên vật liệu, sản phẩm mới; cải tiến, phát triển quy trình kỹ thuật - công nghệ sản xuất theo xu hướng hiệu quả, thuận tiện và an toàn; duy trì sự tuân thủ quy trình kỹ thuật - công nghệ sản xuất bia trong toàn hệ thống;

Job responsibility

1. Implement research of application new materials and chemicals in Pilot.

2. Deploying researches to apply raw materials, chemicals and new products in large-scale production.

3. Compile documentation on material standards, work instructions and implement technology transfer to production units for new materials, packaging, chemicals and products.

4. Coordinate with Legal Department and Marketing Department to carry out information on product labeling and registration documents for conformity announcement for beer products.

5. Propose researches to improve production processes to improve productivity, reduce raw material and energy consumption and implement approved projects.

6. Answer issues related to production technology of export beer required by Export Department.

7. Perform regular audit at Breweries in Sai Gon beer system.

8. Managing compliance with technological processes, norms of raw material consumption of assigned breweries through production management software.

9. - Participate in handling technological problems.- Participate in auditing new suppliers of raw materials, chemicals or periodic assessment

10. Coordinate with other Divisions in the Technical Department to to transfer the technology and operation transfer of the fermentation - CIP system of the new breweries

11. Verification of equipment configuration, PID diagram, design drawings and equipment installation of investment projects when assigned.

12. Member in PMU, Expert Team, Assessment Team of other investment projects when assigned.

13. Participate in organizing seminars, training course on technology, equipment of beer production and participate in teaching.

14. Participate in training for staffs of new plants, new employees in Pilot Brewery.

15. Perform other tasks assigned by the superiors.

1. Triển khai các nghiên cứu ứng dụng nguyên liệu, hóa chất, sản phẩm mới ở quy mô nhỏ.

2. Triển khai các nghiên cứu ứng dụng nguyên liệu, hóa chất, sản phẩm mới trong sản xuất quy mô lớn, đại trà.

3. Biên soạn tài liệu về tiêu chuẩn nguyên vật liệu, hướng dẫn công việc và thực hiện chuyển giao công nghệ cho các đơn vị sản xuất đối với sản phẩm mới, sản phẩm cải tiến.

4. Phối hợp với Ban Marketing và Ban Pháp chế thực hiện thông tin ghi nhãn sản phẩm, hồ sơ đăng ký công bố hợp quy cho các sản phẩm bia.

5. Đề xuất các nghiên cứu cải tiến quy trình công nghệ sản xuất giúp nâng cao năng suất, giảm tiêu hao nguyên nhiên liệu và triển khai thực hiện các dự án được duyệt

6. Trả lời các vấn đề liên quan đến kỹ thuật công nghệ đối với bia xuất khẩu theo yêu cầu của Ban xuất khẩu

7. Thực hiện công tác đánh giá định kỳ tại các Đơn vị sản xuất bia trong hệ thống bia Sài gòn

8. Quản lý sự tuân thủ quy trình công nghệ, định mức tiêu hao nguyên nhiên vật liệu của các nhà máy bia được phân công thông qua phần mềm quản lý sản xuất.

9. - Tham gia xử lý các sự cố về công nghệ

- Tham gia đánh giá các nhà cung cấp nguyên vật liệu, hóa chất mới hay định kỳ.

10. Tham gia chuyển giao công nghệ vận hành hệ thống nấu – lên men – CIP của nhà máy bia mới.

11. Thẩm định cấu hình máy móc thiết bị, sơ đồ PID, bản vẽ thiết kế lắp đặt thiết bị của các dự án đầu tư khi được phân công.

12. Thành viên Ban QLDA, Tổ chuyên gia, Tổ thẩm định các dự án đầu tư khác khi được phân công.

13. Tham gia tổ chức hội thảo, khóa đào tạo chuyên đề về công nghệ, thiết bị ngành bia và tham gia giảng dạy.

14. Tham gia huấn luyện, đào tạo cho các nhà máy mới, nhân viên mới tại Pilot Brewery.

• Bachelor degree in Food Chemistry /Biotechnology /Microbiology / Machine Chemistry.

• Can read professional documentation, other daily information and write properly/ Understand, present about professional subject (TOEIC ≥ 550 or IELTS ≥ 5,0 or TOEFL iBT ≥ 50 or B level)

• Proficient in Word, Excel and know how to use on specialized software (Botec / Braumat…)

• Having worked for at least 03 years in a brewery at brewhouse, fermentation & filtration plant, quality control.

• Understanding the brewing technology process,operating principle of machinery.

• Knowledge of methods of physical, microbiological and sensory analysis for beer quality assessment

• Design, read, understand PID

• Knowledge of ISO management systems, compliance assessment skill of management systems.

• Knowledge of laws on brewing industry (standards / regulations, food hygiene and safety, environment)

• High responsibility, under pressure of work and regular business trips.

1) Đại học ngành Hóa thực phẩm/Công nghệ sinh học/Vi sinh/Máy Hóa Thiết bị

2) Hiểu biết về quy trình công nghệ sản xuất bia, nguyên lý vận hành máy móc thiết bị. Đã có thời gian công tác trong nhà máy sản xuất bia tại xưởng nấu – lên men – lọc – kiểm nghiệm tối thiểu 02 năm.

3) Hiểu biết phương pháp phân tích hóa lý, vi sinh, cảm quan cho đánh giá chất lượng bia

4) Kiến thức ngoại ngữ ở mức độ đọc hiểu được tài liệu chuyên môn, thông tin hàng ngày (TOEIC ≥ 550 hoặc IELTS ≥ 5,0 hoặc TOEFL iBT ≥50 hoặc B level).

5) Thiết kế, đọc, hiểu các bản vẽ nguyên lý công nghệ PID

6) Hiểu biết về các hệ thống quản lý ISO, kỹ năng đánh giá sư tuân thủ hệ thống quản lý

5) Hiểu biết pháp luật về ngành sản xuất bia (tiêu chuẩn/quy chuẩn, vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm, môi trường)
