Research and develop new materials, chemicals, packaging and products; improve and develop the technological process according to the trend of efficiency, convenience and safety; maintain the compliance with the technological process of beer production in the whole system.
Job responsibility
1. Implement research of application new materials and chemicals in Pilot.
2. Deploying researches to apply raw materials, chemicals and new products in large-scale production.
3. Compile documentation on material standards, work instructions and implement technology transfer to production units for new materials, packaging, chemicals and products.
4. Coordinate with Legal Department and Marketing Department to carry out information on product labeling and registration documents for conformity announcement for beer products.
5. Propose researches to improve production processes to improve productivity, reduce raw material and energy consumption and implement approved projects.
6. Answer issues related to production technology of export beer required by Export Department.
7. Perform regular audit at Breweries in Sai Gon beer system.
8. Managing compliance with technological processes, norms of raw material consumption of assigned breweries through production management software.
9. - Participate in handling technological problems.- Participate in auditing new suppliers of raw materials, chemicals or periodic assessment
10. Coordinate with other Divisions in the Technical Department to to transfer the technology and operation transfer of the fermentation - CIP system of the new breweries
11. Verification of equipment configuration, PID diagram, design drawings and equipment installation of investment projects when assigned.
12. Member in PMU, Expert Team, Assessment Team of other investment projects when assigned.
13. Participate in organizing seminars, training course on technology, equipment of beer production and participate in teaching.
14. Participate in training for staffs of new plants, new employees in Pilot Brewery.
15. Perform other tasks assigned by the superiors.
• Bachelor degree in Food Chemistry /Biotechnology /Microbiology / Machine Chemistry.
• Can read professional documentation, other daily information and write properly/ Understand, present about professional subject (TOEIC ≥ 550 or IELTS ≥ 5,0 or TOEFL iBT ≥ 50 or B level)
• Proficient in Word, Excel and know how to use on specialized software (Botec / Braumat…)
• Having worked for at least 03 years in a brewery at brewhouse, fermentation & filtration plant, quality control.
• Understanding the brewing technology process,operating principle of machinery.
• Knowledge of methods of physical, microbiological and sensory analysis for beer quality assessment
• Design, read, understand PID
• Knowledge of ISO management systems, compliance assessment skill of management systems.
• Knowledge of laws on brewing industry (standards / regulations, food hygiene and safety, environment)
• High responsibility, under pressure of work and regular business trips.
