Senior Accountant

1. Accounting Entries:

• Record accounting entries related to IPC documentation from the investor and subcontractors. Ensure the completeness and legality of payment documents, acceptance records, invoices, etc.

• Monitor and control accounts receivable/payable with the investor, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Work with banks to carry out international payment transactions for foreign suppliers.

2. Financial & Management Reporting:

• Perform monthly book closing and prepare periodic financial reports.

• Prepare management reports as required by the Board of Directors, such as cash flow reports, project cost reports, etc.

3. Tax Declaration & Finalization:

• Review tax declaration documents including VAT, CIT, PIT, and other taxes as regulated.

• Support tax audits and provide explanations to the tax authority when required.

• Good English communication skills.

• University degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Accountant, preferably in the construction field with foreign contractors.

• Solid knowledge of enterprise accounting regulations and tax policies related to foreign contractors.

• Proficiency in SAP accounting software is a plus.
