• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting real estate investors, developers, and key decision-makers in Vietnam.
• Identify and secure new project opportunities, focusing on hotels, resorts, hospitals, and other large-scale developments.
• Utilize and expand existing networks within the real estate and construction industries.
• Collaborate with Japanese and local architectural teams to propose suitable architectural and engineering solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including client approach, presentations, negotiations, contract signing, and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-profile clients and business partners.
• Work independently in Hanoi while reporting directly to the Regional Manager in Japan.

• Bachelor's Degree or above (Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration preferred).
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
• 5–10 years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience in architectural firms, design companies, or major construction contractors.
• Strong network with real estate investment companies, property developers, and industry decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive business development activities.
• Experience with leading Vietnamese contractors is highly preferred.
• Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2/N1) is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of architectural projects, premium facilities, hotels, resorts, or hospitals is preferred.
