-Proactively identify and develop new customers requiring freight forwarding services.
-Focus on acquiring new ocean freight business (export and import shipments).
-Conduct cold calls, client visits, and networking to generate new leads.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and newly acquired clients.
-Understand customer logistics needs and coordinate with internal teams to propose solutions.
-Prepare quotations and proposals in collaboration with pricing and operations teams.
-Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.
-Continuously expand the customer base and sales pipeline.
-Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
-Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
-Other related tasks.
-Bachelor's degree
-At least 3 years of experience as a salesperson in the logistics industry, including maritime trade.
-Have experience in new business development.
-English(Upper-Intermediate Level)
