Sales Staff - English /N2 - 50 Triệu

This company is a dynamic BPO subsidiary of a Japan-based group.
The company provides comprehensive services including marketing outsourcing, digital ad operations, design production, and offshore software development .
As a SNS Advertising Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and expanding portfolio of digital advertising clients especially on high-impact social media platforms.
You’ll contribute to market expansion, leveraging local insights, language skills, and datadriven strategies to drive client success in the Vietnamese market.

【Responsibilities】
- Develop and implement SNS advertising strategies for clients, aligning with their growth objectives and market demands.
- Execute full-cycle ad operations—from strategic planning, ad creation, targeting, optimization to performance tracking.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients (especially Japanese companies entering Vietnam), serving as a reliable liaison across Japanese, Vietnamese, and English languages.
- Conduct multi-platform ad campaigns, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google, optimizing and engagement.
- Analyze campaign data and deliver insights via reports; propose adjustments and improvements to maximize effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal departments (creative, analytics, admin) to ensure smooth campaign workflow.
- Support proposal creation, client presentations, and communication in Japanese.
- Continuously monitor market trends and emerging SNS capabilities to bring innovation into campaigns.
- Other related-task.

- Experience: 5 years sales experience of intangible products included approaching new clients. (Related to SMS marketing or Advertising is better)
- Language skills: Either English(Intermediate or higher) OR Japanese (N2 intermediate )
