【Job Summary】
- Responsible for expanding new customer (customers are mainly in the Southern region)

【Job description】
- Maintain regular contact with customers by exchanging information via telephone, fax, email, visiting customers and following up to ensure issues or complaints are resolved/rectified promptly;
- Manage after sales support activities by following up on orders to ensure satisfactory completion of contract terms (requirements, deliveries, payment schedules, etc.) and by resolving issues promptly;
- Conduct regular market surveys on competitors/prices/products…
- Report to BOD by identifying strengths and weaknesses of processes and recommending changes;
- Other duties assigned by Sales Manager & BOD
