- Contacting agents in global networks: WCA, JCTrans, PPL, FPS,… to introduce about VWS & offer services on basic routings.
- Research overseas markets (Europe, Asia, US, etc.) to identify potential partners and clients
- Keeping in touch with agents continuously, developing and growing relationships with key agents at countries that are assigned, trying to get more customers that can help you make correct quotation to their current demands and win business. Beside email, finding another way to contact them more convenient, such us wechat, skype, whatapps....
- Welcoming and meeting with the agent, face to face meeting at the office. Conduct virtual meetings or calls with overseas partners (if required)
- Negotiating flexibly on price, terms and conditions with agents to sign Agency Agreement in mutual profit and satisfaction
- Preparing reports weekly to Team Leader that record information about email reports, agent’s feedback reports, cost reports for all cases that occurred in working week and working plan for the next week. Update sales activities and contact progress. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management to review progress and results
- In conjunction with Team Leader building a plan for sales performance and plan for overseas sales activities such as attendance at Logistics trade shows/ exhibitions, especially network conference to meet sales target.
- Share feedback and ideas from partners to help improve our service and strategy.
- Checking import rate for local sales
- Graduated from college or higher in relevant fields.
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn
- Good at communication and working with people from different cultures
- Candidates with experience in freight forwarding/logistics/supply chain. Candidates without experience will be trained
-Interested in international trade, logistics, or global business.
- Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Good command of English in both writing and speaking
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork capability. A strong desire to learn, dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly responsible at work
- Clear career orientation towards overseas sales
