Sales & Merchandise Specialist

A. SALES SPECIALIST: Handle development, LD, 1st dye lot, relative 3rd party and in house testing of bulk fabric.

1. New development

• Follow up with R&D to develop fabric until get approval by brand;
• Follow all needed testing.

2. Innovation

• Work for innovation request from brand;
• CETVN seasonal submission.

3. Labdip: Handle labdip from open request until approval.

4. 1st dye lot: Handle 1st dye lot from open request until approval.

B. MERCHANDISE SPECIALIST: Main contact to T1, manage order status, OA update/ control and other reports, inventory management.

1. Main contact to T1

• Order receiving/ confirmation (PI/ delivery);
• Delivery dealing/ shipment confirmation;
• Claim handling;
• Pay tracking.

2. Manage order status

• Yarn/ greige status checking;
• Order delay alert to PPC/ PRD;
• Replenishment status.

3. Order analysis update/ control and other reports from Managers

• Update order analysis file;
• Checking hit rate per OPD/ call out any order discrepancy to Sales;
• Collect and report other reports for Managers.

4. Inventory Management

• Utilize stock;
• Call out if any disposal to Manager for management discussion.

1. Education:University or college degree, major: Business, Economics, Textile engineering, Chemical engineering, Chineseor related;
2. Experience:From 2years ofexperience in Sales/ Merchandiser position,experienceinthe Textiles and/ or Garment manufacturingis preferred;
3. Language:Fluency inChineseand/ or English;
4. Skills & Knowledge: Negotiation,result-oriented, able to work under high pressure, data analysis(is a plus).
