【Job Summary】
- We are seeking a Manager-level professional to lead a new business initiative in the Telecommunication Infrastructure / Internet Service domain. This is a strategic position with no team to manage initially, but with the potential to expand into a leadership role and head a new legal entity in the future.

- Take ownership of launching and growing a new business in the Internet Network/ISP field.
- Conduct market research, evaluate potential opportunities, and build strategic roadmaps.
- Liaise with partners, vendors, and stakeholders both locally and internationally.
- Serve as the bridge between local operations and headquarters, providing regular business and market reports.
- Support enterprise-level client development (B2B) and present business solutions.
- Manage small-scale projects and/or pilot programs related to telecom infrastructure.
- Prepare business plans, budgets, and investment proposals to present to senior management.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams in case of new entity setup in the future.

- English & Japanese proficiency: Business level (English + JLPT N2 or above)
- 2 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales in the Internet service field
- Familiarity with working in or with ISPs / Internet service companies
- At least 1 year of Project management experience in telecom infrastructure rollout or upgrades
