    Role and Responsibilities

    1. Business Development:Primarily responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the market for the company's products/services. Directly identify, approach, and persuade potential customers (B2B).
    2. Event Engagement:Engage in promotional events, exhibitions, and technology competitions alongside company executives to connect with and reach potential customers.
    3. Sale Strategy:Develop and implement a detailed business plan that aligns with the company development strategy.
    4. Team building and management:Recruit, build, train, and manage (as the company grows)
    5. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and influencers real estate management services industry.
    6. Market Research:Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
    7. Presentation & Communication:Deliver compelling presentations and communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
    8. Sales Reporting:Track and analyze sales performance data, provide regular reports, and make recommendations for improvement.
    9. Perform other tasks as required by the superior.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Bachelor’s degree in economics / business administration / marketing / or related fields.
    • Experience:At least 5 yearsof experiencein the sales (B2B) field, with at least 1-2 years of experience in management or team lead position.
    • Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and business landscape.
    • Excellent sales skills: ability to persuade, negotiate, close deals effectively, good in communication, presentation.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, proactive and highly responsible.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in English and Japanese
    • Preferred:Experience selling facility management services: Facility Services; Cleaning Services; Security Management Services.

      Fixed salary: 25 - 40 million VND
      Fixed salary does not depend on sales
