Mô tả công việc:

Service scopes are as following but not limited to:

  • Direct and monitor the workflow of the entire office.
  • Set profit goals for the sales team, hold team members accountable, and recognize or discipline as needed.
  • Develop and manage operating budgets.
  • Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards, industry and economic trends, and also sales and margin goals.
  • Day-to-day staff management and development including recruitment, hiring, performance coaching and annual reviews for direct reports—all with full support of corporate office.
  • Work with Corporate Human Resources to resolve people issues as needed.
  • Ensure training and direction for new and existing sales members.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and operations staffs.
  • Manage customer sourcing, build and maintain relationships with customers, and assist team members in sourcing and growing customer base.
  • Maintain current customer relationships, including analyzing lanes to ensure competitiveness and providing excellent service, as well as soliciting additional business from customers.
  • Conduct monthly financial analyses to determine the overall success of current customer profiles.
  • Assess current market rates offered by competitors.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data in CRM and other necessary programs.
  • Ensure all required documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Develop goals for specialized sales (LTL, Intermodal, etc.).
  • Foster development of sales leaders, including succession planning.
  • Build networks for existing products.
  • Act as both a player and a coach—acquiring new businesses while coaching sales representatives..

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Graduated with major in Economics, Logistics, Foreign trade,,…
  • Good at English and Chinese.
  • Have experience at the same position and in Logistics company.
  • Proficiency in computer software like MS Office, typing;
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Customer oriented mindset, clear pronunciation, efficient and "can do" attitude, good team player
