The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling freight forwarding and logistics services, developing new customers, and maintaining existing business relationships to achieve sales targets.
Actively seek and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and service presentations to clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Coordinate with pricing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Update and manage customer data and sales activities in CRM system.
Collect market and competitor information for business analysis and reporting.
Participate in networking events, meetings, and customer visits.
Report sales performance and market trends to Sales Manager on a regular basis.

College degree or above, with a preference for majors in logistics, international business or marketing.
At least 1–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding/logistics industry.
Good understanding of logistics and supply chain services.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Good command of English is a plus.

Participation in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance even during the probationary period.
