Mô tả công việc:

As an LCL Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling CMS Logistics’ Less-than-Container Load (LCL) services to freight forwarders, traders, and import/export clients. This role requires proactive prospecting, regular client engagement, maintaining strong business relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, approach, and secure new LCL business opportunities from local and regional clients.
• Promote CMS Logistics’ LCL consolidation services across key trade lanes.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers and overseas agents.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations in collaboration with the pricing team.
• Conduct regular client visits, calls, and follow-ups to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly volume/revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of activities, leads, and pipelines in the CRM system.
• Coordinate closely with operations, customer service, and pricing teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, evolving customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping sales, preferably in LCL.
• Solid understanding of international trade, ocean freight fundamentals, and Incoterms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in both Vietnamese and English; knowledge of Chinese, Korean, or Japanese is a plus.
