The Sales Executive/Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring new customers, growing relationships with existing clients, and achieving company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  2. Conduct cold calls and generate leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  3. Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
  4. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  5. Report on sales activities and progress for senior management.
  6. Continuously improve sales processes and strategies.

  1. Sales Process Proficiency: Expertise in managing every stage of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  2. Sales Forecasting: Ability to predict future sales based on data and market trends to set realistic targets and strategies.
  3. Pricing Strategy: Skill in developing pricing models that maximize revenue and maintain competitiveness.
  4. Workflow Management: Proficiency in assigning tasks and optimizing team workflows for maximum efficiency.

  12. CRM Management: Expertise in using CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and streamline sales processes.
