Mô tả công việc:

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle sales and purchase requests.
  • Deal with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.
  • Getting price, sending quotation to Distributors, Customers.
  • Preparing documents (Pos, PIs, packing list, etc).
  • Order & Shipment Follow-up
  • Track order status from confirmation to delivery.
  • Book courier services for samples.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and update customers accordingly.
  • Follow up delivery timelines to ensure on-time shipment.
  • Collect shipping documents and ensure proper documentation.
  • Internal & Operational Support
  • Support logistics and shipping matters for other team members.
  • Assist CEO with urgent requests and unexpected tasks.
  • Support administrative tasks when required.
  • Maintain organized documentation and filing system.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Requirements
  • No experience required; training will be provided.
  • Good English communication skills (email writing is important).
  • Basic understanding of logistics and international trade is a plus.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and responsible.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
