Managing and developing existing customers: Maintain strong relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth from current accounts.

• Phát triển khách hàng mới: Tìm kiếm và tiếp cận khách hàng tiềm năng, mở rộng thị trường cho sản phẩm và dịch vụ của công ty.

Developing new customers: Identify and approach potential clients to expand the market for the company’s products and services.

• Tư vấn kỹ thuật và giải pháp sản phẩm: Phối hợp với các bộ phận kỹ thuật để đưa ra các giải pháp phù hợp cho nhu cầu của khách hàng.

Technical consulting and solution recommendation: Collaborate with technical teams to provide solutions that best fit customer needs.

• Giám sát và quản lý đơn hàng, đấu thầu: Theo dõi tiến độ và chất lượng đơn hàng, quản lý quy trình đấu thầu đảm bảo hiệu quả.

Order and tender management: Monitor order progress and quality, and manage the bidding process to ensure effectiveness.

• Báo cáo và phân tích kết quả: Cung cấp báo cáo về tình hình tài khoản, doanh thu và kết quả công việc.

Reporting and performance analysis: Provide reports on account status, revenue, and work results.

• Hợp tác nội bộ: Làm việc với các bộ phận kỹ thuật và thương mại để giảm thiểu rủi ro cho khách hàng và công ty.

Internal collaboration: Work closely with technical and commercial teams to minimize risks for both customers and the company.

• Ứng viên tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành: Điện, cơ, cơ điện tử, tự động hóa hoặc bảo trì công nghiệp.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Industrial Maintenance.

• Hiểu nhanh công nghệ PdM & Online Monitoring.

Ability to quickly understand PdM and Online Monitoring technologies.

• Kỹ năng tư vấn kỹ thuật, phân tích ROI và chứng minh giá trị giải pháp.

Strong technical consulting skills, including ROI analysis and value proposition demonstration.

• Có kinh nghiệm với vibration, ultrasound, PD, lubrication, motor testing.
• Experience with vibration, ultrasound, PD, lubrication, and motor testing.
• Kỹ năng thuyết trình, đàm phán, theo đuổi cơ hội bán hàng.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and opportunity–pursuit skills.
