Ensure all reservation requests are handled promptly and accurately across all channels.
Supervise daily operations, manage booking systems, and maintain updated records in PMS.
Coordinate room inventory, rates, and allotments with Sales, Revenue, and OTAs.
Train, coach, and evaluate team members to uphold Six Senses standards.
Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve reservation-related issues.
Monitor and report booking trends, occupancy, and revenue performance.
Promote wellness and sustainability through guest communication and departmental practices.
Maintain updated SOPs and lead regular team briefings and training sessions.
Support business planning, budgeting, and assist in achieving revenue targets.
Foster positive collaboration with other departments to ensure a smooth guest journey.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Reservations or Front Office, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and PMS (e.g., Opera, Protel, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
Good understanding of revenue management principles and OTA platforms.
Passionate about guest service, wellness, and sustainability values.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, guest-focused approach.
Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
