Mô tả công việc:

  • Assist, prepare, and coordinate with other teams and team members before, during, and after projects.
  • Prepare all required and necessary documents for project kick-off, ensuring everything is completed according to the timeline and project requirements.
  • Involve in taking research briefs and developing proposals.
  • Mainly be in charge of commissioned projects to ensure project timelines and quality, and update the team head/client promptly regarding any changes or challenges.
  • Prepare all required materials (questionnaires, project briefing notes, etc.).
  • Liaise with related departments to ensure consistent and timely communication and cooperation.
  • Keep track of project progress and quality.
  • Involve in preparing and checking financial paperwork related to projects.
  • Prepare reports with recommendations.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Time management skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office
Kỹ năng:
MS Project , Jira , Quản Lý Dự Án Phần Mềm
