The role of a Recruitment Consultant (Recruitment Advisor) is to act as Reeracoen Vietnam's main point of contact between clients and candidates, to ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained during the matching and supply of high-quality candidates to our clients and therefore ensuring that targets are met.
【What you will be working on】
- Find clients and foster long-term relationships in Vietnam
- Understand client requirements and negotiate on terms
- Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising)
- Follow up existing clients & develop non-Japanese customers about recruitment (by phone call, meeting,...)
- Cooperate with colleagues to sourcing, screening, arranging interviews, offer for potential candidates for client's recruitment
- Follow up customers for feedback after introducing candidates & do necessary action until finish recruitment process
- Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate and employer
- Report and do related tasks as assignment
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience working in service industry and strong passion for sales
- English: Strong Intermediate level
- Service sales mindset
- Good communication skills & customer service skills
- Quick learner & adaptability, can work independently
- Good looking & team-work
- 13th-month bonus (depend on company's business situation)
- Monthly various incentive bonus (up to 3 mil VND) & monthly commission
- Perfect attendance allowance/month (300,000VND)
