The role of a Recruitment Consultant (Recruitment Advisor) is main point of contact between clients and candidates, to ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained during the matching and supply of high-quality candidates to our clients and therefore ensuring that targets are met.
【What you will be working on】
- Find clients and foster long-term relationships in Vietnam
- Understand client requirements and negotiate on terms
- Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising)
- Follow up existing clients & develop non-Japanese customers about recruitment (by phone call, meeting,...)
- Cooperate with colleagues to sourcing, screening, arranging interviews, offer for potential candidates for client's recruitment
- Follow up customers for feedback after introducing candidates & do necessary action until finish recruitment process
- Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate and employer
- Report and do related tasks as assignment
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience working in service industry and strong passion for sales
- English: Strong Intermediate level
- Service sales mindset
- Good communication skills & customer service skills
- Quick learner & adaptability, can work independently
- Good looking & team-work
- 13th-month bonus (depend on company's business situation)
