Recruiter Specialist /2 Years Experience

1. Candidate Sourcing & Evaluation:

• Proactively source and engage potential candidates via various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, etc.)
• Review CVs, screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate assessments
• Maintain a strong and qualified candidate pipeline for high-volume positions such as Data Annotator, Content Moderator, QA, PM, and PMO

2. Coordination & Operations:

• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and update recruitment trackers
• Ensure job postings are up-to-date and accurately reflect the requirements
• Collect and manage onboarding documents

3. Campus & Event Recruitment:

• Support in organizing and executing campus recruitment campaigns and university partnerships
• Coordinate job fairs, career talks, and branding activities
• Assist in planning and implementing recruitment marketing strategies

4. Talent Branding & Communication:

• Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and engaging experience
• Communicate the company’s mission, culture, and role expectations clearly
• Work with internal teams to maintain consistency in employer branding

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
• 2 years of relevant experience; experience in BPO recruitment is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first mindset
