Mô tả công việc:

  • Market and Site Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, demographic data and competitors to help in analyzing potential markets and locations.
  • Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of new store openings and support the coordination of project activities, timelines, and documentation.
  • Contract Review and Analysis: Assist in reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents as well as summarize key terms and conditions for review.
  • Document Preparation & Management: Draft and format letters, memos, and other legal documents and maintain accurate records and files related to store development projects, including contracts, plans, and reports.
  • Prepare for Internal Approval Submission: Assist in compiling necessary documents, analysis, and presentations required for internal approval processes related to new store development and site acquisitions.
  • Support the direct reporting manager in other duties and special projects as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • About to graduate or recently graduated from a university, pursuing or having completed a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
